OcuGraft is an amniotic membrane applied as a corneal bandage used to re-epithelize the cornea when the ocular surface cells have been damaged, or the underlying stroma is inflamed or scarred.

Amniotic membrane is part of the placenta and is the tissue closest to the baby throughout development in the womb. The amniotic membrane protects the baby from any harm and has natural biologic actions which help the baby develop. The amniotic membrane used in OcuGraft is donated from healthy successful births by consenting healthy mothers as a part of their predetermined birth plan.
